Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program
Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program (IPPP) is a practice-oriented training program designed for working clinicians who wish to learn the Interpersonal psychoanalytic perspective.
Designed to meet the needs of psychiatry residents, graduate students, and early-career clinicians interested in learning about practice and treatment approaches in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. Taught by PANY faculty, have a practical focus, providing participants with an opportunity to hear and discuss clinical material. Most sessions are structured around a key clinical or theoretical concept, including psychodynamic approaches to specialized topics, and may include optional readings. Participants may request a letter of completion upon meeting the requirements at the conclusion of the Prelude program.
CBT for Anxiety
The theory and practice of CBT for common anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Developed a case conceptualization, identified and evaluate anxious thoughts, incorporate mindfulness into treatment, and implement behavioral experiments and exposure exercises.
